Who is Christie Mann?
Leadership coach, consultant, facilitator, designer and business development director, Christie Mann inspires individuals and organizations to develop people, drive business and ultimately improve lives.
Before discovering her calling, Christie’s impact was felt most in marketing and operations circles. She joined Cossette Communications in 2001 where she worked on some of the worlds leading brands like McDonalds Restaurants of Canada, as a business relationship manager.
In 2003, Christie broke new ground with her first start-up. As President of her own marketing consulting firm she worked directly with McDonald’s Restaurants Franchisees to raise the profile of restaurants in the community and drive sales from a local-level, while consulting to Toronto’s largest Business Improvement Area Association on the design, development and management of a Visitors Information Service, which still stands today in Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square. Christie would later move on to McDonalds Corporate where she experienced her own trials and tribulations of leadership and got her first taste of coaching as she led the recruitment, development and management of an Ontario-wide community relation’s team. It was at this pivotal time that she discovered her passion for leadership and coaching.
In 2007 during her own extensive coach and leadership training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Christie began to consult to start-ups such as Massive Media and Blink Media Works on the west coast of Canada on corporate culture programs, while providing coaching to senior and executive level-leaders. Christie's practice and reputation continued to grow in 2009, when she turned her attention to Performance Coaching at The Bank of Montreal (BMO) where she provided executive coaching, coach-training, design/delivery and project management services.

Currently, Christie is Director of Co-Active Organizational Transformation for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) – and in full pursuit of her quest to infuse a relationship-based, person-to-person approach to leadership inside organizations. Steeped in CTIs Co-Active coaching and leadership approaches, Christie also graduated in 2015 from the University of Santa Monica with a Masters in Spiritual Psychology and holds a B.A. in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
